How do I reset the Security CODE on my car stereo?

If you do not know the security code, you will need to take the unit to a service center to have the
unit decoded. The code feature can only be activated when the code has been entered twice, so
it isn't accidentally activated. The service center will require you to provide a proof of purchase as
this feature is designed for theft prevention and the proof of purchase will ensure you are the
rightful owner.

You can locate the nearest service center in your area on our web site, or by calling
(800) KENWOOD. Though we try to locate service facilities in local areas for our customers, at
times a consumer may be required to ship their product to the facility for repair.

How does the wOOx's Bass radiator work?

The only way to create good bass sound is to move a lot of air. The bass radiator uses the
redundant moving air energy inside the box to drive the radiator. Because it has dual suspension,
the excursion of the speaker can be deep, thereby moving lots of air outside of the speaker
resulting in deep bass sound.

Getting no audio from CD player, but there is audio from the Tuner.

Often times the P.Cont (blue and white) wire and the power antenna (solid blue) wire are
incorrectly wired.
Please check that the P. Cont (blue/white) wire, not the power antenna (solid blue) wire, is
connected to the amplifier's power control terminal. The P.Cont wire sends a voltage when the
unit is playing any source. If this wire is not connected properly you will have audio from the
tuner but not from the CD or Cassette.
